What services are available?We provide a wide array of services, from post-operation recovery, rehabilitation for the older adult, cancer rehabilitation, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. How long is one treatment session?HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY The first consultation may take up to an hour, and subsequent sessions will be between 30-60 minutes, depending on your physiotherapist's recommendation. CLINIC PHYSIOTHERAPY The first consultation may take up to 45 minutes, and subsequent sessions will be between 30-45 minutes, depending on your physiotherapist's recommendation.

What do I need to prepare for my first session?If you have it, please prepare the hospital discharge summary for us to have a better understanding of your condition. It is also recommended to wear comfortable clothings and footwear - so that you can do exercises easily, if needed.

What can I expect for my first session?Your physiotherapist will conduct an assessment to get a better understanding of your condition and goals. A physical assessment will be performed to examine the root causes. Based on the assessment, your physiotherapist will formulate a diagnosis and proceed to explain your condition and propose a treatment plan according to your goals.

Can I claim the fees under my insurance policy?Most post-hospitalization plans will cover physiotherapy claims, but do check with your insurance provider beforehand.

What payment options are available?Our preferred mode of payment is via telegraphic transfer (TT) or PayNow, but we also accept cheque, cash as well as HitPay.

I have to cancel my appointment. Do you have late cancellation charges?Late cancellation fees (50% of nett rate) may apply to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or in case of no-shows, at the discretion of the company.
